Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

  1. Goods sold are strictly not refundable.
  2. No cancellation of order(s) is/are allowed.

Return Of Damaged Product(s)

However, if the purchased product(s) is damage upon arrival to buyer, return of damage item(s) is/are allowed with the eligibles below:

  1. Buyer is advised to take photo(s) of the damage item(s) and submit the damage item photo(s), proof of purchase (receipt, order number, invoice, delivery note, bank statement), and Return Request to the us.
  2. Buyer have to email above required evidences to us at enquiry@toadbooks.com.my within 24 hours.
  3. Return Request are subject to our approval based on the required evidences.
  4. After approved by us, buyer must ship/post back the return item(s) to us within three (3) working days from the date of goods receiving.
  5. All return item(s) must be with their original packaging.
  6. If the goods/product(s) has been used or damaged by the customer himself/herself, there will be no return approval from us.
  7. Please return your purchase to the following address:

  8. We will also not be responsible if your return shipment is lost during the return transits.
  9. Once we have received and checked the returned goods/products, we will replace a same item (or correct item as per ordered) and ship back to buyer accordingly. We also will refund the buyer for the postage fees of the return goods/product(s).
